How can I help?

I struggled to know what I wanted for most of my adult life. Born a high-feeling loyalist, I became an expert at knowing, and doing, what others around me needed. Thank God, I had good people around me who needed good things done. This kept me headed in the right direction.

Still, I didn’t know what I wanted. I was all chase and no destination. Today, things are different. I know God has built me to help others. My struggle, in the end, was my education. I had struggle then so that I could help those struggling now, and always with a commitment to lack of judgement. That last part is really, really important to me.

Some trouble we meet. Some trouble we make. I can help with both.

That deserves a conversation.

Unexpectedly, podcasts have become a big part of what I do. Join the conversation and check out my playlists on Spotify.

You can’t depend on your eyes when your imagination is out of focus.

I’m a visual thinker. I find that most of us are. If I want to dig in to an idea, I pick up an Apple Pencil and start to draw. It isn’t about the art, it’s about the understanding. What I can see, I can apply. For so many of us, words just aren’t enough. When I sit with people, hear their stories, I’m in a process of visualization. It’s how I connect. Then, I use this same process to guide.
